Hey Em , I love your openness expressing your new body experiences. I reckon chilling with your family in a quite remote location got your over active brain to relax and discover new bodily experience. It must have been comforting but quite bizarre at the same time. I do mindfulness, yoga and realise how important it is for us to breathe correctly and get into the zone to look after our bodies, mind and soul. So far I haven’t experienced your spinal and “tripping” sensations. I have never heard of kundalini. I must check it out. Part 2 is very different from Part 1. Looking forward to Part 3. Stay warm and cosy. Heaps of hugs
Hey Em. The family time sounds fabulous. All we really need sometimes is the opportunity to connect in an intimate and non threatening space, with plenty of time for chatting and chilling. It helps that you have a pretty cool family to do that with. Thanks to your writing I have now learned what a kundalini awakening is. I have recently started dru yoga again, which I have done in the past, and I have no doubt about the ability for our body to go through sensations that can be stimulated by things like yoga and various other things as your friend Helly revealed. I'm looking forward to waking up part 3 and as always I applaude your willingness to share your journey with others. XX
